  • Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: To best serve all patients, we require at least 24 business hours’ notice to cancel or change Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Mental Health appointments. While most cancellations or changes within 24 business hours will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment fee, changes or cancellations within 2 hours of your appointment time or no-shows with no communication will be charged 100% of the treatment fee. For Naturopathy and Acupuncture, the notice period is 48 business hours with the same fee structure as above.
