If you contact us within 24 business hours of your appointment for any cancellations or changes, you will be billed 50% of the treatment cost. If you fail to show up for an appointment and provide no communication of this cancellation more than 24 business hours in advance, you will be billed 100% of the treatment cost.

Juby is a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and a Registered Acupuncturist in good standing with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario. She graduated from Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine with a Diploma of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner.

She’d say that this medicine found her through her own challenges with her health postpartum, and with these challenges she was lucky to experience the healing benefits of TCM and acupuncture. It was then that she decided to enroll in TCM and Acupuncture school to learn the tools to help others through their health journey.

As a personal mission, Juby strives to empower and improve other’s mental, physical and overall health and wellbeing. With a great interest in women’s health, mental health, fertility, postpartum support, and internal medicine, she has a desire to support women through every cycle and phase of their life.

Janick is a graduate from the Sutherland-Chan massage therapy program. As an RMT, one of her priorities is to ensure that her patients really feel heard and seen when they come to her. Through her previous background as an actor, yoga instructor and her love of mindful movement, Janick believes that the body is more than flesh, muscles and bones. The nervous system, the breath, the energetic body are all part of the whole. She aims to provide a space for her patients to cultivate greater awareness of their bodies. With a deep-rooted passion for health and wellness, Alexandra is committed to helping her patients achieve optimal well-being and brings a holistic approach to her physiotherapy sessions.

Alexandra received her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. Prior to that she completed a double major in Biology for Health Sciences and Psychology, which provided her with diverse knowledge to complement her rehab approach.

Alexandra conducts thorough sessions that may include postural, breathing, and movement analysis. Through analyzing individuals’ body mechanics, strength, and imbalances, and correcting them, she helps her patients unlock their body’s healing potential. She believes movement is therapeutic and wants to help people move optimally so that they can feel their best in their bodies. She uses a combination of hands-on techniques, active therapy and movement, and patient education. She believes in empowering her patients, giving them the knowledge they need to truly understand their bodies and the contributing factors of their problem.

Driven by a desire for continual growth, Alexandra continuously seeks out new knowledge and techniques to enhance her practice.
